Children’s Liturgy of the Word is celebrated on Sundays at the 9:00 A.M. Mass to serve the needs and rights of children to hear God’s Word in language that they can understand.

Before the Readings begin, children from Kindergarten through Grade 4 are invited to go to the Chapel to hear the Word of God proclaimed from the Children’s Lectionary. They reflect and dialog on the Readings, affirm our Beliefs as Church members, and offer prayers of intercession. Then they rejoin their families for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

Children’s Liturgy of the Word is a mutual ministry of the entire assembled faith community.
